2026 WINTER TERM REGISTRATION

TERM DATES

The 2026 Fall Term starts on Sunday, January 4th and ends on Friday, March 13th, 2026 (inclusive):

  • Sundays (Online Lessons Only): 9 Classes (No Class on February 15th)

  • Mondays: 9 Classes (No Class on February 16th)

  • Tuesdays: 10 Classes

  • Wednesdays: 10 Classes

  • Thursdays: 10 Classes

  • Please note that there are no classes available on Fridays or Saturdays.

Lesson Rates as of September 1, 2025:

In-HOME LESSON RATES:

  • $74 for a 30-Minute In-Home Lesson

  • $84 for a 45-Minute In-Home Lesson

  • $94 for a 60-Minute In-Home Lesson (or 2 consecutive 30-minute In-Home Lessons)

ONLINE LESSON RATES:

  • $56 for a 30-Minute Online Lesson

  • $66 for a 45-Minute Online Lesson

  • $76 for a 60-Minute Online Lesson

SCHool Policies:

  • Lessons are scheduled weekly at the same time and length for the duration of a term.

  • You are allowed to cancel 2 lessons per term. A minimum of 24 hours notice via email are required to cancel a lesson to be eligible for a make-up lesson. A maximum of 2 make-up lessons are allowed per term.

  • If a teacher cancels a lesson due to their non-availability, it will be rescheduled as possible or carry over to the next term as credit. A lesson cancelled and rescheduled by a teacher is not counted as a make-up lesson.

  • Scheduling priority is given to continuing students, followed by returning students, and then new students.

  • The recording of lessons (audio or video) is strictly prohibited as it interferes with the learning process. If there is something that you would like to record, please endeavor to do it outside of class time.

HEALTH & SAFETY:

Both in-home and online lesson options will continue to remain available options. In order to register for in-home lessons, we require that all eligible household members be vaccinated (teachers are vaccinated).

A reminder about masks: Masks are optional for students unless they are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19, the flu, or a cold in which case they will be required to wear a mask for the lesson. Teachers will wear masks at their discretion and we will happily wear a mask if that’s your home policy - just let us know!

PAYMENT & BILLING:

  • After all the registrations have been processed, you will be offered a lesson time which you are free to accept or reject at your discretion.

  • You will receive a detailed invoice of your lesson time, schedule of lesson dates, and payment required.

  • In order to confirm/hold your lesson time, you must pay for the full term or split payment into 2 installments upon receipt of your invoice.

  • Cash, Cheques, and Interac E-Transfers are accepted.

  • Receipts will be issued via email each time payment is received.
